SMS Consent

Aerius View, a service of Agentic Trust ("we," "us," "our"), may send text messages (SMS and MMS) to clients and drone operators in our network who have provided their phone number and consented to receive messages from us. This page explains what you are consenting to and how to manage your preferences.

How We Collect Consent

When you submit a project request through our website forms and provide your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Aerius View related to your project. A checkbox confirming your consent appears next to the phone number field on our request forms. Consent is not preselected — you must actively check the box or provide your number to opt in.

When a drone operator applies to join our contractor network and provides their phone number, they consent to receive text messages related to project leads and their contractor account.

You may also opt in by texting us directly at (844) 423-9696. By initiating a text conversation with us, you provide implied consent to receive responsive text messages.

What You Are Consenting To

By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive the following types of text messages from Aerius View:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders: Confirmation that a drone operator has been matched to your project, and reminders about scheduled survey dates and times.
• Project status updates: Notifications about the progress of your project, including when deliverables are ready.
• Customer care messages: Responses to your questions about your project, operator contact information, and service-related support.
• Account notifications (for contractors): New project lead notifications, booking confirmations, verification status updates, and account-related reminders.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to your project request or your contractor account.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Typically, you can expect:

• Clients: 2–6 messages per project, from initial match through deliverable delivery.
• Contractors: 1–5 messages per week, depending on lead volume in your service area.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message from us
• Replying UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL to any text message from us
• Emailing us at hello@aeriusview.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
• Calling us at (844) 423-9696

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by texting START to our number or by submitting a new project request with your phone number.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Aerius View does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply depending on your texting plan.

Privacy

Information collected via SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers provided through our forms are used solely to communicate about your project request or contractor account.

Carrier Registration

Aerius View is registered with US carriers for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging compliance. Our toll-free number (844) 423-9696 is verified for business messaging with major US wireless carriers.
